The Nantes to Brest Canal

The Nantes-Brest Canal starts at the south of the town of Nort sur Erdre.

Its banks and its towpath are an invitation to walk and discover a true haven of peace.

On foot, by bike, by boat, discover this canal, its locks, its bridges and its water supply reservoirs (the lakes of La Poitevinière, La Provostière and Vioreau).

At the lock of Quiheix, the canal joins the river Erdre, allowing yachtsmen to go to Sucé sur Erdre and Nantes.
